Bent Ole Gram Mortensen

Bent Ole Gram Mortensen advises on utilities law in relation to the areas energy and environment. Bent Ole Gram Mortensen has previous work experience from the legal profession, the central government and the energy sector.

In addition to his link to PUBLICURE Law Firm, Bent Ole Gram Mortensen is a professor of Law at the University of Southern Denmark. He holds a Chair in Commercial Law, especially Environmental and Energy Law. Bent Ole Gram Mortensen is member of the Danish Energy Board of Appeal and Chairman of the Valuation Authorities in the Region of Southern Denmark (the scheme regarding damages to neighbours to windmills).  

Bent Ole Gram Mortensen has published extensively within the areas of power supply, remote heating supply, waste water supply and marketing. His principal works are “The Commentary on the Law on Power Supply” (Elforsyningsloven med kommentarer) and “The Commentary on the Law on Heating Supply” (Varmeforsyningsloven med kommentarer).
